What is the typical delivery timeframe for furniture items?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are delivered within 10-15 business days. Larger items requiring specialized freight handling may take up to 21 days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status in real-time by logging into your Orange Tree account.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified timber and eco-friendly finishes to ensure our furniture is as kind to the planet as it is beautiful in your home.
Do you provide a warranty on your furniture?
All Orange Tree furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
