Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our concierge team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for our specialized couriers to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
